1. Privacy Policy & Data Safety

1.1. Data Collection & Permissions

• Identity & Account: Name, age, gender, email (nikai.exolt53@gmail.com), and phone number.
• Media Access: We request access to your Camera and Photo Gallery solely to allow you to upload profile photos and verification selfies. We do not access your files for any other purpose.
• Location: Precise GPS data is used to find matches nearby. This may work in the background to keep your location updated.
• Identifiers: We use the Google Advertising ID and Firebase identifiers for app analytics and performance monitoring.

1.2. Financial Features & Payments

If you purchase premium features, payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

1.3. Data Retention & Deletion (Mandatory Disclosure)

We store your data as long as your account exists.
How to delete data: You can delete your account inside the App Settings. Alternatively, you may request data deletion by emailing us at nikai.exolt53@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your photos and personal data will be erased within 30 days.

2. Terms of Service

2.1. Prohibited Content

Users are forbidden from posting nudity, sexually explicit material, or content that promotes hate speech. We use manual and automated tools to enforce these rules.

3. Children's Safety Standards (CSAE)

Flame is dedicated to a safe environment for everyone. We have Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAE) or Material (CSAM).

• Detection: All uploaded images are screened for illegal content.
• Reporting: Any detected CSAE will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Responsible Officer: Mykola Liashko is our designated safety contact.
